When you appoint Lexingtons to act as your estate agent of choice, you will be required to sign a copy of our Estate Agency Agreement. A member of staff will be available to answer any of your questions and explain any of the conditions, within our Agreement. It is standard practice for us to give you regular feedback on recent viewings and any comments and concerns that prospective buyers have raised. Any offers received on your property, will be communicated to you in writing with details of the potential buyers, their circumstances and the price offered.
Upon accepting an offer, we will liaise with your and purchaser’s solicitors with a view to achieving a timely exchange and completion of the sale.
Throughout the entire sale process, we will update you on the progress of your sale and help with any queries, wherever possible.
